The Cuban candy case just grew sweeter. This spring we introduce a new product line inspired by street-corner confiterías from Havana to Matanzas. Leading the lineup are two childhood favorites reimagined for 2025, Milk Cream 7 oz and Peanut Bar 2.5 oz. Our catalog already offers fifty pastries, yet customers kept asking for the grab-and-go candies they remembered from abuela’s purse. Chef Alexey spent six months refining small-batch recipes until texture, flavor, and shelf life reached bakery standards. The result is a pair of bars that travel well, fit lunch boxes, and satisfy dessert cravings without a fork.

Milk Cream 7 oz, Velvet in a Wrapper

Origins and profile

Milk Cream, known in Cuba as “crema de leche”, blends fresh cow’s milk with cane sugar, vanilla, and a whisper of citrus. Slowly reduced in a copper kettle, the mixture turns ivory and glossy, then sets into a firm yet sliceable block.

  • Texture: Fudge meets flan, smooth with micro-crystals that melt on the tongue

  • Flavor: Caramelized milk, light vanilla, gentle citrus finish

Ingredient integrity
